You can freely define the period for a booking in advance. For purely practical reasons, we recommend that this period should not extend too far into the future. 7 to max. 14 days are recommended.
Yes, your visitors can cancel bookings using a link on the back of the wallet card. The slot that has become free can then be booked again by other visitors.
After selecting the card in the wallet app, click on the “•••” icon to access the back of the card.
In the dashboard. All bookings per day and slot are displayed there.
If you want to validate visitor tickets not only on sight but also with technical support, you can do this with the integrated scan function of the smartervisit doorkeeper. This function can be used through the browser of your device.
With a view to the booking status in your dashboard, you can let your walk-in customers in as required.
The time windows can be as long as you like, e.g. 45 or 60 minutes. You select the duration that is usual or customary for your company.
All modern smartphones that have a wallet app can use smartervisit . iOS, Android, Huawei.
Currently we support the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish. If the language selection on the user’s smartphone is one of these languages, the smartervisit ticket will be displayed accordingly. If the smartphone uses another, unsupported language, English is used as default.
