Individualization of the booking page and wallet cards

In the dashboard section (1) you will find under Store Settings (2) the possibility to edit your settings (3). Here you can upload your company logo (4).

The booking page and the wallet cards visible to your customers are automatically customized according to the colors of your logo. You can also customize the colors manually (5).

Adding the booking to Wallet

Your customers can choose the day and time of their visit on the booking interface (1-2). Afterwards name, e-mail (optional to receive a confirmation e-mail) and number of accompanying persons are added (3).

After entering the information or booking, your customer receives a QR code to scan (4). The QR code (link) leads to the download of the wallet card. After adding the card (5) it can be opened via the wallet app. The name and time window are listed on it (6). On the back of the card the customer will find your address, contact details and the possibility to cancel the booking (7). As soon as the customer is near your shop, the card is displayed on the lock screen.

smartervisit doorkeeper (beta)

With the help of the smartervisit doorkeeper you keep track of the number of visitors and booked time slots. The function is web-based and can be opened comfortably on your mobile phone or tablet without installing software or downloading an app.

You can record visitor entries and exits (1) and see the bookings per time window (2). In addition, a scan function for validating the tickets is integrated (3).

The application can be used on several devices simultaneously and synchronizes automatically. Thus, the maximum number of visitors allowed can be maintained even with several entrances or exits.

Onsite check-In

If you need to collect data from your visitors on site, you can do this using onsite check-in – securely and in compliance with data protection laws.

Within the dashboard area located under “setup”, you will find an individual link for deployment on the web and a QR code to print out. This makes it easier for your visitors to enter their data. This function is primarily required to comply with regulations in the context of COVID-19 (e.g. for restaurants).

Create ready-to-print advertising material

In order to draw your visitors’ attention to your booking page with an A1 poster or A4 printout (in print quality), you can individualise and create the data yourself without the need for a graphic designer or agency.

For this purpose we provide you with a tool which you can find in the dashboard area in the section “setup”. With [nP]creator you can create the layout yourself and lead to your booking page.

(1) Choose your page format – A1 or A4.

(2) Upload your own logo. Please note that the logo for an A1 poster is large enough and has a resolution of at least 200 dpi. If the resolution is too small you will get a note on the right under “Data check”. You can now place your logo in the Place/move layout individually.

(3) Choose a background motif or upload your personal background by clicking on the checkbox.

(4) Choose your text color.

(5) Complete your logo with the customizable addition “Fastlane” (e.g. “Exampleshop Fastlane”) or delete the text.

(6) Add your link to the booking page. You will find the link within the dashboard below setup. The QR code is created automatically.

(7) Individualize text and interferer on which the text is written. A predefined text is already included. You can place text, interferer and QR Code freely in the layout.

(8) Export a PDF for viewing or printing – done!
